SnapLegal:

SnapLegal does not:

- Replace professional legal counsel

Use of SnapLegal does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and
SnapLegal or any of its affiliates.
AI / Automated Document Disclaimer
Documents generated by SnapLegal are created using automated tools and templates.
SnapLegal does not guarantee that generated documents are accurate, complete, or
suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing all
documents before use.
2. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The documents you create
- How those documents are used or relied upon
- Ensuring documents meet your legal and business needs
If you need legal advice, you should consult a qualified attorney.
3. Account Use
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes
We may suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
Age Requirement

4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan

- Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Pricing and plan details may change with notice
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation will stop future billing but will not provide a refund for any fees
already paid.
Upon cancellation or account termination, your access to the platform will end,
and your documents may be deleted after a reasonable period, except where
retention is required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
- All platform content, software, and design belong to SnapLegal
- You retain ownership of the documents you create
- You may not copy, resell, or misuse SnapLegal’s platform or content
6. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or
the use of SnapLegal shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than
in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court if
eligible.
You agree that disputes will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as
a class, consolidated, or representative action.
7. Limitation of Liability
SnapLegal is provided “as is.”
We are not liable for:
- Legal outcomes
- Document misuse
- Losses arising from reliance on generated documents
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
You may stop using the service at any time.
9. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to
conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these
Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in
Delaware, and you consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of SnapLegal means you accept the updated terms.
